Is it possible to add a folder within reports, or create a folder within a
new group to better oranize my reports?
Thanks,
Bob

Bob, are you looking for a better way to organize your objects in Access?

Unfortunately, unless you have Access 2007, the only way to organize them
is by naming conventions.

For example, you might have reports prefixed with rpt, as in rptReportName
and subreports as srptSubReportName. This will cluster the type or reports
together, but there's no way to create folders in the database window.

I haven't used Access 2007 all that much, but from what I've read, one can
create groups of objects, which is akin to folders.

No. Folders are not hierarchical.

Robert,

Because you canot create folders within the Database Container I use the
description field. Right mouse click on the Report and select Properties.
Then you can type in a description that you can use to sort by. I use this
field all the time and then when I want to see a certain group of reports I
change the Sort to Sort by Description and then I can see my Report
Groupings so I can quickly get to the 'Group' I need.
