I can not access anything from the quick lauch Bar.
A search for "quick Launch" indicates the program is
looking for the folder at C:\Documents and
Settings\Dave\Cookies\Application Data\Microsoft\......etc.

How had where do I change the path that Windows uses to
goto the quick launch folder?

Any help is greatly appreciated -dch

Hello!
To resolve this issue, recreate the Quick Launch folder.
Create a folder named Quick Launch at the following location:

C:\Documents and Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\

with regards,
