Content advisor

Some one switched my content advisor on nad I dont know who. I dont know the password, and I am now unable to go to most websites, and I cant even use mcafee virus scan. I also cant get support because the content advisor wont let me see my product ID. Please help me, any one. Thanks in advance. I also cant phone because I am in South Africa

If you do not remember the supervisor password or if someone has entered
it by mistake, then you can disable the content advisor password by
