Content Advisor Password

I set a password on my PC accidentally and I don't know
what it is. I'm unable to view many of the regular sites
that I visited previously and I need to know how to reset
and/or delete the password. I am the owner of the PC, and
its an Content Advisor Password that I need to disable.
Any suggestions?
