Code 12 resource conflict with ZOOM PCMCIA Bluetooth Card

I have been trying to get a new ZOOM Bluetooth PCMCIA card to work on my HP
notebook, but I keep getting a Code 12 error message saying I need to free up
resources. The device manager lists both IRQ and I/O availability problems,
but I have no trouble manually selecting a free IRQ. When I try to manually
select a different I/O range, however, I can find none available.

I understand that this is probably because my hardware is requires using
memory within the first 1 Mb and all of it is used by previous devices, but I
don't know how to move other stuff in order to make room for the new card.

Any suggestions?
