clear broswer cache

How do I clear the broswer cache. I'm having trouble
loading internet explorer due to existing damage so I
have to clear the broswer cache and can't find any
instructions to do it.

Please help.
 
The usual way to clear your cache.
IE-Tools-Internet Options-Delete Files (in the TIF section)
