Produce your own operating system is one way. Why? That is Microsoft's brag
screen and it indicates that the OS is Microsoft Windows XP, so unless you
are changing the OS, in which you would be asking how to change THAT OS's
logo, I would say leave it alone. Display yours on your application.

The file that contains the picture is called oemlogo.bmp,
and the file that
contains the text is called oeminfo.ini. They are located
in the
Windows/system32 folder on Windows XP. There are limits
to the allowable
picture. It must be 8 bit color depth, and 210 X 120
pixels in size. The
text ini file is in this form:
------------------------------
[Version]
Microsoft Windows XP Pro

Line2="To get answers to your question concerning"
Line3="this computer or the any of the software running
on it..."
Line4="..."
Line5="..."
