CDFS_FILE_SYStEM Blue Screen

I am having an error that I am not sure how to resolve.
Everytime I take a CD out of my Cd Rom drive the Computer
reboots. Also when i remove my USB External Hard Drive the
computer reboots. The blue screen has CDFS_FILE_SYSTEM as
the main line error. The address line is B6CB91BD base at
B6CB4000, Datestamp 3F31AC37 - SYMEVENT.sys any assitance
would be appreciated.
