When I put a CDR in the drive it reads it just fine the first time.
Then if I write more files to that CD using another machine with W98,
make the CD readable in all CD devices, and put it back in the XP
machine, Windows Explorer won't/can't read the new files I wrote on
it. It still *sees* the CD as exactly the same as the first read.
View/Refresh has no effect. The only thing that will solve it and
make it re-read the CD is a boot. What the *$@&%! ?
