Can't save page as .mht in IE6

I had no trouble saving a Web Pg. as .mht using IE5.5.
Example:
http://host.wallstreetcity.com/wsc2/market_statistics.html?
Exchange=DOW&template=msdow.htm

Now, after upgrading to IE6.0, I can't save a page w/o
getting an Error Msg: The Web page could not be saved to
the selected location.
Does anyone know what the problem is and how to solve
it??

Go to Start | Run and type
regsvr32 inetcomm.dll
