can't receive messages in outllook 2003 via aol

I have tried to set up to use Outlook 2003 for my aol email. I can send
messages but not receive them. I've checked all the settings as instructed by
AOL and outlook but still no incoming messages -please help.

Do you receive any errors when you try to receive the messages?
