Can't open attachments

I receive e-mails from my daughter with a paper clip in
the upper right hand corner. When I click it, it tells
me about the attachment, but i cannot open it. The last
one was in Adobe. I have Adobe set up, but I can't open
the attachment.

Carol

If you are using Outlook Express for your email, go to
Tools/Options/Security Tab. Remove the check mark from the "Do not allow
attachments......." option.

Are you able to see the attachment but unable to click on
it??? Are you using Microsoft Outlook or Outlook
Express? I am not familiar with Microsoft Outlook but if
you use Outlook Express the problem may be because a
check box is unmarked. You have to go to Tools, Options,
Security...and on the second check box it should talk
about attachments...make sure that the box is
unchecked...hopefully this helps you solve your problem.
