Can't find explanation of Word Options, Edit, Cut&Paste, Settings

This is not a question, but a comment. This is where I am taken when I
follow the llinks to "Make a suggestion" from within Word' on-line help.
This is both frustrating and ridiculous. If I wanted to post a message to a
discussion group, I should be told that before I get this far. I don't. I
want a problem with Word fixed, and I want to be able to communicate that to
Microsoft, not to a discussion group.

You mean your cell phone didn't come with Bill Gates' private number
hardcoded in?

As Daiya said, you may find other options on the Contact Us page, but the
general idea of suggestions here is that users can vote for the suggestions
they agree with and those that receive enough votes will be considered by
(and will receive a response from) someone at MS.

However, if your problem is being unable to find an explanation of some of
Word's Options, you might get more help if you asked a question. I'd be
interested in the answer myself! AFAIK there is no Help topic or KB article
on this subject.
