can't delete, rename, an empty folder.

Dreamweaver created a folder on my C: drive. I was able
to delete the subfolders and it appears to be empty but I
can't delete it from the C: drive. When I right click
and choose properties it appears to have a value of 0.
Does anyone know what is going on here or how I can
delete this empty folder. It can't be moved, renamed or
deleted.

On the security tab, you should make sure that you have Full Control of the
file. Sometimes if your rights to the directory have been modified you then
won't be able to delete it.
