Cannot save the attachment. The operation failed...

I am using Office2003 and WinXP SP2.

I could not open, save or print some Word or Excel attachments. It comes up
a message box "Cannot save the attachment. The operation failed. An object
could not be found." when I try to save a attachment.
Previously, the name of the attachments contain chinese characters. This
time, the name of the attachments contain pure english characters but still
could not open.

I do not have any problem send them out.
