Cannot install Visual Studio 6.0 Enterprise Edition in WinXP Pro

When installing Visual Studio 6.0 Enterprise Edition in
Windows XP Professional Edition (Traditional Chinese), I
got error in the Setup.exe module and cannot install. Even
I have set the compatibility mode for the SETUP.EXE, still
failed.

No problems here. I have the full suite installed, but in English,
not Chinese. Works fine.
