Cannot create business contact from email message



I have made several attempts to create a business contact in BCM with an
email message. I have followed Microsoft's instructions but the business
contact is not created. Here is the procedure I tried:

1. Click the e-mail message that you want.
2. On the Business Contact Manager toolbar, click E-mail Auto-link.
3. Select the check box of the e-mail address that you want to convert into
a Business Contact record, and then click OK.

This doesn't create a business contact for me in BCM. Any suggestions?
