"Cannnot Display the Page" in XP Help& Support

Help please ..... using my XP if I go START / HELP &
SUPPORT and then click any of the Hekp topics (like
Performance & Maintenance, Printing & Faxing, etc ) I get
the message:

Cannot Display the Page
The page you are trying to view cannot be displayed. This
may be because:
If you are trying to view this content over the network,
there may be network congestion or a problem with your
connection.
There might be an error in the page's address.
The page might not be available.
Please check your network connection or try another page.

Hi Anton,

Some themes can cause the text to not be seen. Try selecting the XP theme.
For the rest:

Go to Start/Run and type in each:

regsvr32 /u C:\Winnt\System32\hhctrl.ocx
regsvr32 C:\Winnt\System32\hhctrl.ocx

Note: C:\Windows or C:\Winnt depending on your setup.
