Can i turn off some Services???

i just got my friends pc up and runnning and only has 256
of RAM and also diabled some start up programs using
msconfig,now this is good enough but i wanted to know if
i could disable some background services also to run
faster and save some ram while i'm at it. i will tell you
all what this person does on this pc and you can help by
telling me which to disable....he only plays 1 pc game,
Medal of Honor and gets on AOL to chat and e-mail. thats
it also just surf's the web. it would be a big help
thanks! or if you anyone has links to ppl who may know
how or which to disable

services you can safely disable. Also explains what each
service is and does. It will work great for what you want
to accomplish.
