Can I separate emails coming in from my work & personal email acco

I have set-up POP3 access to my email accounts, but want the messages to flow
into two separate folders. And would like to do the same for sent messages.
What is the easiest way to accomplish this.

Use a Rule to move according to the account. For Sent items you only get
"move a copy".
