Can anyone help me??
I have a broadband internet connection and I have
recently been getting a window opening up on my pc
whenever I switch on (C:\WINDOWS\dl.html).
It seems to be hiding behind the icon/clock tray if I
left click the button in the task bar, I can maximise it
by right clicking on it's button in the task bar and it
opens up to a blank page.
Also, whenever I open a new window it is shrunk to the
bottom right hand corner with just the minimise, maximise
and close buttons showing.
I have not downloaded anything for a while apart
from "MSN toolbar".
Norton picked up a couple of trojan horses after a full
system scan which it quarantined.
Any help appreciated.
Thanks

Your computer is not completely clean. Make sure your NAV definitions
are up-to-date. Scan again in Safe Mode. Additionally, remove any
spyware with Spybot Search & Destroy from www.safer-networking.org and
Ad-aware from www.lavasoftusa.com. Be sure to update these programs
before running them. These programs are free, so run them both since
they complement each other. It is best to run antivirus and spyware
removal tools in Safe Mode.

Hi, Kev.

What is dl.html supposed to be? I don't have such a file in my WinXP Pro
with ADSL.

And a Google search didn't turn up any hits that looked promising to me.

When is the last time you did a scan with Ad-Aware and SpyBot Search and
Destroy?
