Business Contact Mngr fails to appear on occasions




Lately, when I have re-opened Outlook after using another application, the
BCM toolbar is missing. If I do 'Detect and Repair', it still does not
reappear. As I shut down, Winword.Exe briefly appears on the screen. After
I've successfully rebooted, I get the message 'a data file was not properly
closed' or something of this ilk. Any ideas re: the cause of this occasional
problem. Thanks, Stephen
