What exactly is Kazaa and can I safely uninstall? As you can tell I am

I have Windows XP and am having the same problem (bogus home page) but I
can't navigate anywhere at all in Internet Explorer, it is completely
locked up at some site that starts with www.perfectnav. with a long
string of numbers and letters following that. Could anyone help me with
this problem? How do you download CWShredder and Spybot if you can't
change the website. Thanks
