Blue Screen during first XP setup

I have a native system using ASUS A7N8x-E Deluxe Bios
1008, XP 3000/400, Windbond PC3200, CAS 2.0
unbuf,Barracuda UATA 160 gig, Radeon 9800 Pro, latest
Bios and a Sony DVD/R. First time installation give me a
blue screen 0x0000005, or 0x000007B. Tried different
CPU's and memory with same result. Was able to load Linux
SUSE Pro 9.0 and works so far perfectly.
Any suggestions? Tx

Stop 0x0000007B or INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE
