blue screen aftart chkdsk /f completes b4 reboot

After I run CHKDSK /F then it reboots runs normally all the way through then
i get a blue screen @ bottom i see this:


FS_REC.SYS ADDRESS F8C9251D BASE AT F8C92000, DATESTAMP 3B7A8361


i ran SFC /SCANNOW & ran ok thru but noticed I had to reinstall my NVIDIA
drivers again as it overwrtie it & but still it didnt work. what other thing
can I chack to fix this? It seems after it finished it wont restart the
computer as it should.
