Blocking Cookies/Deleting Them

I would like to set something up so that I can block cookies/pop-ups and I would also like to find where they are on my computer and delete past ones?
Where do I look?

Hi,

Cookies controls are found under the Control Panel/Internet Options/Privacy.

Until SP2 is released (which will likely contain a popup control), you can
use something like the google toolbar: http://toolbars.google.com

use firefox from mozilla.org very easy to use and easy
to block bad cookies. popup blocker .download a ad blocker
and more.
plus check for spyware with
ad-aware lavasoftusa.com
spybot safer-networking.org
update both before scan
some popups live on your system in spyware.
