After hours of searching i found out the beep signal for this motherboard
and according to the manual thid beep that im getting is due to a DRAM error.
I have removed all the RAM, PCI, VGA, HD and cd roms from mother board and i
still get this error.
By any chance is there any thing i could do to fic this or i should go for a
new motherboard?

You need to ensure that you're referencing the correct BIOS. In some systems, one long beep, particularly with nothing on the display can indicate no, or a bad video card, if I recall correctly.

However, if you're sure you have the right manual and BIOS, then you could simply have a motherboard failure.

If the the continuous beep is said to be the indicator for bad memory
and you have tried known good memory, then it is likely the ram socket

A simple thing to try: take out all the RAM, PCI/AGP cards, etc, and use
a soft brush or compressed air to clean out all the slots, and wipe off
the connectors on the edge of the cards/RAM - I have seen dust/lint/hairs
cause errors like this that can be fixed with a simple cleaning.

If you put things back in and reboot one at a time, you may get different
beep codes that would give you a few more hints on what component may be
bad. There is often a different code for bad memory, bad video, etc. A
bad video card may show as "bad memory", too.
