BCM Not Installing

I have the same problem as posted by "Spencer" 11/19/2004.

I cannot install BCM. I am running XP Pro Tablet and Office Professional
2003.

I have previsouly installed BCM, which worked fine until installing a number
of other programs which caused caused some conflict, and then BCM no longer
worked.

I have uninstalled BCM and reinstalled it numerous times but to no avail.
Now when I install BCM it does not even appear in the contacts section of
Outlook.

There is an .exe file to enable BCM in the relevant folder which when I ran
says that BCM is enabled.
