BAD_POOL_CALLER

Have a brand new Dell with Win XP. I have been getting the
blue screen pop up with "BAD_POOL_CALLER" as the error
message

What can I do to fix this

(http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=314492). However, if you got this
machine from Dell with the error, I would return it and not
troubleshoot this on myself.
