avoid overbooking

Hi there, i'm trying to set my calendar in such way that if i am alredy
booked for a meeting from 9 to 12, people wich are sending me meeting
requests for that time to receive an automatic response that i'm already
booked. Any ideas? Thank you

Setup your mailbox to automatically acept any meeting request and deny if
there are conflicting entries...
TOOLS / OPTIONS / Calendar Options / Resource scheduling
