AVI Video Link to PPT Presentation

Just got a new classroom computer and installed PPT2003. A presentation that
I built on my laptop will play audio, no picture on the classrom computer.
All works fine on laptop. Is there a setting on PPT or Windows Media Player
that I'm missing?

Do you get any fault message?
Maybe there is a codec missing

Have you also installed Service Pack 1 for Office 2003? If not, that should be
done first. Go to Help > Check for Updates and follow the links for updates.

The new computer is a tower that is connected to a monitor and a projector.
From what I've discovered so far, it's probably a missing codec.

No fault message, I think you are right, missing codec. I am going to try
that first.

No service pack yet, I will try that.
