I have an attacghment in an email that I SENT and I would like to open it, is
there any way?

If the attachment is on a sent message, the only way you could not be able
to open it again is if you did not keep any Sent Items and you deleted the
original file you attached.

It is in the sent folder, but comes up BLOCKED. The file does not appear else

Exactly how does it "come up BLOCKED"? Where do you see that? Does
anything here help?
