When I travel I often need this feature. When I want an alarm clock ON
my laptop I take the wind-up one out of my luggage, set it for the local
time, set the alarm, make sure it's still wound, and then close the lid
on my laptop and place the clock ON top of it - this gives me an alarm
clock ON my laptop :)

I would strongly suggest that you learn how to use the hotel operator to
place a "wake-up call" and then use a PDA or digital clock (as most
rooms have a clock) as a backup.

You ****ing moron. He never said anything about "travel", and you stupidly
ASSumed that's what he meant. You and Miss Persperation Stink belong together
in the testing lab for plastic bags to make sure they have no holes in
them...just place over your head for 10 minutes.

To the OP...try here:

I think you missed the :) at the end of the paragraph.

Many people at your level resort to using foul language to compensate
for not being able to get out of 8th grade.

Set Task Scheduler to play a wav file, wake up an hour early or an hour
late because you are in a different timezone. OR call front desk and
request wake up call for desired time, wake up at correct time.

Buy an alarm clock. They can be had for $5-$10, and work better than
anything you can set up on your computer.

You are obviously too ****ing stupid to believe the OP knows that, and
even
more stupid to not answer the ****ing question. The best thing for you to
do
now, is shut off your computer, rebox the thing, and take it back to where
you
bought it...you don't need to be using one with the idiocy you display.

Errrrrrr..... I guess you don't know the answer?

Google for "karenware"... go there and look for free alarm clock software.
Works great.

Ok, Jethro. I suggest you go back to school and earn you seventh
grade certificate now.

I treat you like a child because that is how you are acting. If you
are over the age of 12 I would be surprised, based on your response
above.
