administrator password reset

Never reset your password when you're angry.

I have XP home running on my desktop, and I found out that
someone in the house had learned my password, so I reset it
while I was pissed, and... I didn't write it down. I've
never forgotten a password before, but I didn't use that
computer for about a month, and now I can't remember what
the password is at all.

Problem is, it's the administrator account... and it's the
only account on the computer. And I don't know the
password. How do I reset it?
