I'm new to Windows XP Home Edition. I just installed
ULead Photo Express and Adobe PhotoDeluxe. I'm the
administrator and I don't have problem, but the other two
users can't open the programs. Why? How do I fix this?
 
What errors do the users get when they attempt to run the applications in
question?

I receive no errors. I just can't open the programs. I
double click the icons, right click, go to Start-> All
Programs and nothing happens
