Address Bar

When I type an address (www.microsoft.com) in the IE6 SP1 search bar I
receive a "cannot find domain" message.

No address works Mr. Saunders! I was only using www.microsoft.com as an
example.

Open up a command window (Start --> Run --> type cmd and hit enter)
Type Ipconfig and see if you have a internet connection because that's
probably your problem.
