address bar

HI,
I am having a prob with my address bar. Up until today, I
was able to type in a word (ie: angels) and get a whole
list of possible sites to choose from. I didn't have to
give a specific web address, just a general search. I did
have one of the hi-jacker search engines(sir search) to
overtake my normal search engine (yahoo). I ran spy-bot
and got rid of it but now have to above mentioned prob.
Any help would certainly be appreciated.

The sites usually show up if they are in your history and start to type them
in, have you cleared our your history recently?
