I'm sure there is more than one way, and easier ways, but I think this will
work as well. If your printer is listed in All Program, you can left click,
hold the button down and drag it to the taskbar.
The same principle applies. Find where the printer is listed (Start >
Settings > Printers and faxes is a good place to start looking) and then
drag a copy of it to the task bar.
