Add fields to multiple folders all at once

I have Outlook 2003 and have set up several folders and sub folders in my
Cabinet to store incoming messages that I need to keep. Some how many of
these folders have the TO field instead of the FROM field. Is there a method
for selecting multiple folders and applying the same layout to all or adding
and deleting a field from all?

Create a custom view, tell Outlook to make it available to all Mail folders,
and then apply it to each folder the next time you use that folder.
