Activation of Windows Every Time I Boot :(

This is so frusterating. I reinstalled windows after changing motherboards. Installing was no problem, but every time I boot I get the icon on the tool bar wanting me to reactivate windows. When I click to activate I get the message "Windows has already been activated." This happens every time...then today I had a problem and had to clear the CMOS jumper. I booted and immediately got a message saying, "You need to activate before logging onto windows". I press to activate, then get message the message saying "Windows has already been activated. Press continue to log off".... I couldn't log back on until I reinstalled Windows again! I've reinstalled again, reactivated and rebooted and guess what.... it's doing the same thing :( Anyone know what I can do to stop this? I really don't want to go through the install process again. I'm scared to death the reboot the computer. Thanks for any help

Hi John,

See if this helps:

Start/run regsvr32 regwizc.dll
Then start/run regsvr32 licdll.dll
