Action Cancelled

Frequently get "action Cancelled" or the target site does
not completely load leaving little red "x"s.
To successfully and completely load the target site I can
hit "go" repeatedly until the site is loaded. Sometimes
this is successful on the second try but often it takes 3
or more attempts to reloaad teh site. This is true with
common sites like yahoo.com or msn.com.

It may be a HOSTS file problem.
Look also for a file named HOSTS (no extension, could be hidden) rename it
OLDHOSTS.

Web accelerator programs and parasites will create that file that can cause
this type of error.
