A virus that has no security pack

Has anyone come across a virus that I've inherited somehow
even tho' I have all the up-to-date patches. It is
called "W32.Gaobot!int". I've searched everywhere for help
to get rid of the damned thing but to no avail. Can
anybody out there help me??

There are several variants of that virus - you need to run good antivirus
software & keep it updated. If you don't have any yet, try an online scan
here: http://housecall.antivirus.com and see what it can find - then buy AV
software (or get a freebie like AVG if budget won't allow for purchasing)
and make sure it updates itself & runs realtime & full scheduled scans
regularly.
