In outlook 2003 there is a way you can forward messages to other
people. You have to have a lest 2 emails highlighted and then right
click on them and select forward. You usually get an icon that looks
like an envelope. I am getting another icon that looks like circle with
wavy lines behind it and it is not allowing me to check the internet
headers when I try to. I am wondering if there is a particular reason
why this is happening?

First, note that this is the windowsXP.general newsgroup. A question about
Outlook would likely get more expert help in microsoft.public.outlook.

No, all you need is one.

That's *one* way to forward a message. There are others. You can also click
Ctrl-F, you can click Action | Tools | Forward, or you can put a Forward
button on the toolbar and click that. I normally use the last of those
methods..

Where do you see this icon?

It has to do with a message I am getting that is titled undeliverable
and instead of the envlope poping up it is that simple here is a link
to a site that show this symbol
http://icone.goldenweb.it/index_file/l/en/d2/software/c/outlook/default.html
The symbol is labled with 01006.ico I can not find out what this means.

To whom are you trying to forward this? To someone you hate? Those sorts of
emails are usually spam and/or viruses. You should *not* be clicking on any
attachments that come with those "undeliverable" messages. You should be
right-clicking on the message and deleting it unread.

Now that you've opened it, it would be wise to scan with your current
version installed antivirus (not earlier than 2005); presumably you have an
active subscription and updated virus definitions. It would also be smart
to do at least some of the general scanning for malware described here:
