$100 for some network help

Sorry people, I don't have $100; but I'd be greatful for a little help
2 new computers running XP (2.7 P4 512 MB
Just used Network connection wizard. I can see both machines when I use "Search for computers or people"
But when I click on the second computer I get this error message

"Computer 2 is not accessable. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions. The network path was not found.

Do I need to map network drives? What the heck did I do incorrectly?

Nothing wrong yet. In the connection properties, install File and
Printer sharing. Then you will have to select a drive or folder and
specifically share it. Right click on a drive, access the sharing tab.
