1. How to remove bonzi buddy 2. Disk check tool stopping

Hello! I have 2 seperate questions.....
1. How do I remove Bonzi Buddy when it is not listed on my add/remove programs in control pane

2. When I run disk check tool to clean up my computer, it always hangs up about a 5th of the way through. I assumed initially that it was checking a large or dense area, so I left it running for 3 1/2 hours and went shopping. It never moved

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The only thing that I see is the shortcut on my desktop.....I can't find the original program
