Your system is low on virtual memory.....

M

Mark Spitzer

From time to time I got an error dialog window with the erro message:
Your system is low on virtual memory

Why?

The virtual memory I specify in the systems control panel of Win2000 IS definitively big enough.
Could it be that the free memory on the harddisc resp. the partition is (temporarily) lower than the virtual memory specified?

In this case the error message is misleading: It should show: "hard disc memory insufficient" or something similar.

Regards
Mark
