Your current security settings prohibit running ActiveX

I keep getting this message "Your current security
settings prohibit running ActiveX controls on this page"
everytime that I try to download Cult 3D. I have tried
going into tools - options - security and enabled my
active x settings. I have also exited my firewall but to
no avail. Does anyone have any ideas.

On your tool bar, go to Tools/Internet Options/Click on
the Security tab/Click on the Internet Globe/Click on the
button that says Custom Level/Reset the level to Medium.
