XPSP2 BETAL Problem with Windows Update

When i go and perform a windows updae, i keep getting the following error,
anyone know why, or how to correct the problem.

SOAPCLIENT_PARSE_ERROR failed in parsing responseError Number:
0x8024400A


btw. I downloaded SP2 beta from MSDN.

After installing SP2 on WinXP_SP1, Windows Update didn't display any
update... after deinstalling SP2, it did.

A few seconds after "Windows Update is looking for available updates...".
message, an error occurs either "Express Install" or "Custom Install" :

Could not create an out of proc datastore objectError Number:
0x80248011


Anyone knows why, or how to correct the problem ?

I'm getting the same error.
