XP Photo Error

We have a user with this error. Any help?
Error in Windows Picture and Fax Viewer
Hi all, I am using Windows Xp. Since last two days whenever i am
trying to open any image i am getting an error like this,"Error
loading c:\windows\system32\shimgvw.dll. Invalid access to memory
location."
