Randy

my internal fax which came with the additional products
in my xp upgrade stopped working after several months. i
tried to remove it, then reinstall it. but i get a
message that i need the service pack 1 disc. my computer
says it has been updated with this but apparently not all
the files cantained in the 'patch" were downloaded
correctly. how can i get a new patch downloaded, or a
copy of the most recent wxp service pack 1a on a CD??

Thanks. Randy

If your installation of Windows XP was from a CD, you will be prompted to
insert the CD and may need to browse to the i386 Folder so the installation
routine can find the necessary files. If your installation files are on the
hard drive, you may need to direct the routine to the i386 Folder there. If
you have applied SP1, these files may have been moved to a different folder
(ServicePackFiles\i386), and you will need to direct the routine to that
folder.
